Magnetic ultra chrome chameleon (micro flakes). This very fine powder is an ultra luxe dip and can be chromed or can be used with magnets to achieve the "cats eye" technique. It is mixed in a small amount of base powder to give it the consistency of a powder that can be used as a standard dipping powder as well, but the real magic occurs when the chameleon chrome and magnetic properties are brought to life! 

PHANTASMAGORICAL describes something with a dreamlike, fantastical, unreal, deceptive, or shifting appearance, like an optical illusion. Phantasmagoria was a form of horror theatre that used one or more magic lanterns to project frightening images such as skeletons, demons, and ghosts onto walls, smoke, or semi-transparent screens, typically using rear projection to keep the lantern out of sight.
