Our final release. "Homme is Where the Heart Is". Excuse the messy swatches, had a lot to swatch and in a rush. This set is more versatile than it appears! You can separate the foils from the powder if you want just the thermal color alone (use those organza bags!) Each swatch is 3 dips to show the richness of the colors and are all milky white when warm and colorful when cold/room temp. Dipped only once, they make for the perfect sheer thermal! (I will try to post a pic or two for examples later) or add more layers for more a more opaque look. That's like 6 dips in 1! 🤯 I know black foils aren't everyone's jam, but they represent something important in this collection. 🥰

I was procrastinating posting this one because it is a special one for me. I work hard at refraining from starting to talk about music because, as some of you may know, once I get started, it's a whole thing and I'm taking you along for the ride! 🤣 But I was so incredibly inspired by my favorite artists' latest album, that I had to create a set to honor it.

Joshua Homme's latest masterpiece with his main band Queens of the Stone Age recently released "In Times New Roman". Josh doesn't write music to make money, nor is it about fame or perks. If he's not inspired, he doesn't write. In other words, he has to feel it, it has to be real for him. I identify with this so very much. This new album is the product of his recent struggles with addiction/rehab, depression, the loss of multiple close friends, the shootings and bombings that left 130 dead and 350 wounded - the worst peacetime atrocity in decades - at an Eagles of Death Metal (another project of his) concert at the Bataclan theatre, and his very public and complicated divorce. The lyrics on this album apparently took years but it's by far some of the best and most clever writing I've seen EVER. The names of these dips were inspired by or named after lyrics/songs on this album, each a fragment of his journey and self discovery through the darkest of times. I'm sure many of you have personally or may know someone that has struggled through a mental health crisis, and I just want to dedicate this to those individuals and also to celebrate my favorite artist for his vulnerability and bravery as his music (and playing in glitter 😄) is my own personal therapy and I'm so very grateful for it.
